Overhead Travelling CranesMDS overhead travelling cranes cover a wide variety of loads (from 0,6 t to 100 t) and can be used for a wide variety of applications: in tasks handling fragile materials, melting pots, accurate assemblies, templates handling, etc., as well as in movements where speed and dynamics must be key features of the system. They can be installed in buildings with complicated geometries, as our technical office works in a customized way with the user in order to find the ideal solution for each case. 
Gantry CranesMDS gantry cranes, as well as overhead travelling cranes, are able to move loads from 0,6 t to 100 t performing the most diverse tasks, either those which require smooth and controlled movements, or those which require quickly and dynamic movements. They are especially useful for warehouses without structures intended for overhead travelling crane, for using outdoors, for high lifting height operations and for buildings with complicated geometries. Its design allows an easy assembly and disassembly and it is a convenient solution when the work area where it is located can be moved to another place in the future. 
Jib CranesMDS jib cranes are used to move up to 10 t loads; they are recommended for individual workstations, as they increase productivity and efficacy in each one of them, without depending on the main crane, and speed up the flow of materials within the company. They are especially useful for both industrial buildings and warehouses and service companies. Depending on the model and load, the jib crane installation point may be bolted on a concrete base or clamped on an existing column or wall. Another option is to link it to the existing floor through an intermediate steel plate. 
MonorailsMDS monorails cover a wide range of loads (from 0,6 t to 10 t) and represent a suitable solution in areas where the flow of materials must follow a particular direction. Monorail systems may be straight or curved. Curved sections allow implementing a closed section or loop, particularly useful in production and assembly lines where the movement of loads must be continuous.
Monorails are also widely used as load transfer facilities, which move loads between parallel buildings, and as periodic maintenance stations for individual equipment.
Electric Wire Rope HoistsMDS electric wire rope hoists MD are an essential part of MDS crane systems, performing tasks such as lifting and transfer of heavy loads in a reliable and safe manner. A wide range of loads is covered (from 0,6 t to 100 t). Every component is designed to provide service during hard tasks and for many years. The trolley movement is commanded by frequency converter, which allows controlling speed and starting and stopping the mechanism safely and accurately, avoiding abrupt movements of loads which are transported. The compact and modular configuration and ease of maintenance make MDS electric wire rope hoist a tool particularly easy to operate. 
Mobile Electrification SystemsFor the safe use of cranes is necessary to have the feeding system and appropriate command. MDS, with all the necessary products, whether to feed or handle them.
